iv.What’s included

One fee. Everything the office does.

  • Flights — researched, booked, and monitored from booking to landing. Rebooking included.
  • Hotels & villas — booked direct at the same rate, with preferred-partner upgrades and credits requested for you.
  • Ground transport — private transfers, car services, and rail, confirmed before you travel.
  • Itinerary planning — day-by-day structure and honest destination advice for the trips that need it.
  • Dining & experiences — reservations, private guides, and access you couldn’t book yourself.
  • Emergency support — your advisor, within 15 minutes, at any hour, for the duration of any active trip.
  • Travel insurance — the right policy for the trip, arranged for you. (Claims are handled by the insurer.)

Every booking earns points to spend on travel and a credit toward the next tier, where points come faster. No portal, no codes, nothing expires. And your own airline miles and hotel points keep accruing exactly as before.

    First tier
    Ten credits in, you reach the first tier and start earning points at a higher rate.
  2. 25
    Member tier
    The rate steps up again. Every booking from here earns points faster than before.
  3. 50
    Guild tier
    The top points rate, held for as long as you’re a member. The office has earned your trust. We’ve earned yours too.

Point rates and full program terms are shared at the start of membership. Minimum booking value $200.

One annual fee. Unlimited bookings, no per-trip charges, no markups.

  • i.Unlimited bookings. Hotels, flights, ground, holds, rebooking — as many as the trip needs.
  • ii.One office, reachable. Phone, email, and WhatsApp. Response within the hour, peak hours. After-hours line for members in transit.
  • iii.No booking fees, ever. No per-trip charges, no markups. The annual fee is the only thing you pay us.
  • iv.Guild Rewards. Points on every qualifying booking, applied by your advisor. No portal.
