Why I built
The Travel Guild.
I’m Ahron Fragin, and I’ve spent my career inside the world of high-touch travel — running a private concierge practice for a handful of clients, and co-founding JetCon, where the industry’s luxury buyers and the world’s best properties meet each year.
Here’s what I learned: the people who travel best aren’t spending more than you. They simply have someone on the inside — a person who knows which upgrade is worth asking for, who calls the hotel instead of clicking a button, whose name means something to a general manager in Positano at 11pm when a flight goes down.
I don’t believe that should be locked away for a few dozen wealthy families. I believe genuinely good service — a real, high-touch concierge — should be accessible to everyone.
So I built The Travel Guild. One membership, one dedicated advisor who knows your name, your family, and your tolerance for a long layover. We don’t sell trips, and we’re not paid more when you spend more — our only job is to make your travel better than you could have made it yourself.
And when a trip goes sideways at 2am, someone picks up. That’s the whole product.
