What does the membership actually include?
One dedicated advisor for flights, hotels and villas, ground transport, itineraries, dining and travel-related experiences, plus urgent help while you are traveling. Standard planning is included. If a trip falls outside normal household travel, we agree on any separate arrangement before work begins.
Will I always work with the same person?
Yes. One advisor owns the relationship, keeps your preferences on file and handles every trip. The wider Guild supports them behind the scenes and provides cover when needed.
What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?
The service is the same. Monthly is $249 and gives one primary named member flexibility to cancel. Annual is $2,499, saves $489 versus twelve monthly payments and includes a second named household member who can make requests independently.
Are there booking fees or marked-up rates?
No booking fees and no markups on supplier rates. You pay the membership fee for the advisor relationship, and you pay travel suppliers for the travel itself. Any unusual complexity fee must be disclosed and agreed in writing before work begins.
Are villas and yachts included?
Villa research and booking are included within normal trip scope. Yacht charters and unusually complex private arrangements may need a separate scope, but we can discuss an arrangement that makes sense before you commit to it.
What if the membership is not right for me?
Both plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee on the membership fee. After that, Monthly may be canceled for future billing; Annual remains active through the paid year and does not receive a partial refund for unused months.
