Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026.
The Travel Guild, LLC (“The Guild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
The Travel Guild, LLC is a travel membership and concierge business based at 301 Arthur Godfrey Road, Suite 403, Miami Beach, FL 33140 (Florida Seller of Travel Ref. No. ST46626). For any privacy question, contact us at info@thetravelguild.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use the site.
Information you provide:
- Contact details you submit through our inquiry form, newsletter sign-up, or destination quiz — such as your name, email address, and any message or preferences you choose to share.
- Information you send us by email or WhatsApp when you contact us.
- Travel preferences and trip details you share with us in the course of becoming or being a member.
- If you become a member, billing and payment information necessary to process your membership (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics and advertising data collected via third-party tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand site usage and measure advertising.
- Marketing attribution parameters (for example, UTM tags) that tell us how you found us.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To send you your destination match result and related follow-up if you used the quiz and provided your email.
- To send you newsletters, founding-launch updates, and marketing communications you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To provide, administer, and improve our membership and concierge services.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. This includes third-party cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which may allow those companies to build a profile of your activity across sites. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may opt out of certain advertising tracking through tools offered by Google and Meta and through industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host, form and email providers, payment processor, and analytics and advertising platforms — who may process data on our behalf.
- Travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and transport providers) where necessary to arrange the travel you have asked us to book.
- Legal and safety reasons — where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Note: sharing data with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google for measurement may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws. See your rights below.
6. Your choices & rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of your information. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of certain other states have similar rights. To exercise any right, email us at info@thetravelguild.com and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites, including WhatsApp and social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; review their policies separately.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
