The right advisor relationship is selective.
This is for you if
- You take several trips a year, for work, for family, or both.
- You want advice shaped by your history, not a generic list of options.
- You value one clear recommendation over twenty browser tabs.
- You want the same person accountable before, during and after travel.
- You want an advisor who knows your seat, hotels, family and loyalty numbers.
Not for you if
- You want a free itinerary to go and book yourself.
- You are looking for a discount booking site. We do not undercut published fares, we handle them.
- You want a one-off booking and no continuing advisor relationship.
- You travel once a year on a package holiday. You will not get $249 a month of value from us.
The relationship gets smarter every trip.
- Your preferred routes, cabins, seats and arrival times
- The hotels you loved and the ones you would not repeat
- Who travels with you and what each person needs
- Which tradeoffs you will make and which you never will
- How you like recommendations presented
- Who owns the problem when plans move
You send one message. Your advisor takes it from there.
Know. Recommend. Handle.
“You know how we like to travel.”
Your advisor remembers the people, preferences and patterns that shape a good trip for you.
“The best two options, not twenty.”
No endless links. One clear point of view, with the tradeoffs explained and preferred-partner benefits added when available.
“My flight was cancelled. Fix it.”
One message and it’s handled, rebooked, hotel held, car moved, while you get on with your day.
Your travel office, set up in three steps.

Meet your advisor
One dedicated advisor is assigned to you. They learn how you travel, and stay yours.
Just message
From then on, one message handles any trip or problem. No fees, no markups: one flat membership.
An advisor with the time
to be accountable.
Traditional travel advice is often paid for indirectly, one booking at a time. Membership changes the incentive: your advisor is paid to manage the whole relationship, including the work before a booking and the problems after it.
You are not buying a cheaper fare. You are giving one capable person the time and responsibility to make your travel easier across the year.
Built for a few.
Now opened carefully.
The service began with Ahron Fragin’s private concierge practice for a small circle of clients. The Travel Guild is opening that standard to more frequent travelers by carefully selecting, training and supporting an exceptional group of advisors.
It is not a marketplace or a call center. Every member still gets one dedicated human who learns how they travel and stays accountable for every detail.
More members. The same standard.
One message. Handled.
An illustration of how a member’s evening plays out when a flight falls through. The kind of thing your advisor quietly absorbs so you don’t have to.
Illustrative example of how the service works. Response times follow the member service levels described above.
✦ Recognized partner of the world’s finest
The upgrades, credits, and amenities your advisor secures come from real preferred-partner and consortium relationships: not a booking site.
Good to know.
How is a private travel advisor different from a travel agent?
A travel agent is commonly engaged for a specific booking. Your private advisor stays on your file across every trip, learns your preferences and remains responsible for planning, booking, changes and problems through an ongoing membership.
What does membership include?
A dedicated advisor who plans, books and manages all your travel, flights, hotels, transfers, dining, special requests and changes. One flat monthly fee, no booking fees or markups.
Are there booking fees or markups?
No. You pay one transparent membership fee. No booking fees or markups. Our recommendations are based on what fits you, not on pushing you toward the most expensive option.
Do you book flights as well as hotels?
Yes: flights, hotels, transfers, dining, the whole trip. One advisor holds all of it.
Can you use my existing points and status?
You keep earning your own miles, points and status on everything we book. We don’t redeem them for you, so award bookings stay in your hands. What we add is preferred-partner benefits: upgrades, credits and amenities through our consortium relationships.
Who is The Travel Guild for?
Frequent travelers: for work, family, or both, who’d rather not research, book and troubleshoot every trip themselves.
Can you handle business and family travel?
Yes, both, handled by the same advisor who already knows how you like to travel.
What happens outside business hours?
Your advisor aims to reply within one hour during service hours, and we target 15 minutes for active-travel emergencies. Members in transit also have 24/7 access to the wider team.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime, and every membership comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How do Guild Points work?
You earn Guild Points on every qualifying booking. Each point redeems at one cent, so the founding welcome bonus of 25,000 points is worth $250 toward travel. Your advisor applies them at your direction to a hotel, flight or ground transport booking. The welcome bonus is travel only. It cannot be put toward a membership payment. It is credited when you book your first trip. Points are not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and end if your membership ends. Full earning rates are in the program schedule you get at the start of membership.
Is this a travel agency?
No. A travel agency books a trip and moves on. The Guild is a membership: one travel advisor on your file who does the trip planning, the booking and the fixing, for a flat monthly fee. Closer to a private travel planner you keep than an agency you use once.
How is this different from a luxury travel advisor or vacation planner?
Most luxury travel advisors and vacation planners work trip by trip. You arrive with a holiday, they plan it, and the relationship resets. Concierge travel works the other way round. The same advisor holds your preferences year to year, so your tenth trip takes a fraction of the effort of your first.
Do you do custom trip planning?
Always. Nothing here is off the shelf. Every itinerary is built around the people actually travelling, their dates and how they like to move, which is the difference between a custom vacation planner and a booking site.
