Membership.

Everything the office does.
Plainly stated.

One flat fee. One advisor who knows the industry from the inside. No booking charges, no per-trip costs, no markups on rates.

per month or $2,499 / year
i.What the office handles
  • Flights
Research, comparison, and booking for domestic and international routes. The advisor monitors your flights from booking to landing. If something changes, you hear from us before the airline tells you. Rebooking is part of the service.
  • Hotels & villas
Property research, rate comparison, and direct booking. Your advisor contacts the property before arrival with your preferences. Where preferred partner status applies, upgrades and credits are requested on every qualifying stay — without you having to ask.
  • Ground transport
Private transfers, car services, and inter-city rail. Drivers confirmed before travel. If you need a car at 5am, the advisor has the number.
  • Itinerary planning
Day-by-day structure for trips that need it. Destination intelligence — which properties actually deliver, what’s changed since the last reviews, what to skip. No manufactured enthusiasm.
  • Dining & experiences
Restaurant reservations, private guides, access bookings. Where the value isn’t a credit, it’s access — what the office can arrange that you couldn’t book yourself.
  • Emergency support
When something goes wrong while you’re traveling, you call us. The advisor on your file, within 15 minutes, at any hour, for the duration of any active trip.
  • Travel insurance
The right policy matched to the trip and arranged on your behalf — trip cancellation, medical, evacuation cover. Should you need to claim, the insurer handles it directly; your advisor points you to the right contact.

iii.Who it covers

Membership is per household. You designate the named members — the advisor works with them directly.

Monthly

One primary named member. Travel parties of up to six people traveling with that member, at no additional service fee.

Annual

One primary named member plus one additional named member — a partner or spouse — at no extra cost. Both may initiate bookings independently.

Named members may change once per membership year. Membership is non-transferable.

iv.Preferred partner access

The Guild holds preferred partner status with a number of luxury hotel programs — which means a standing request for upgrades, daily breakfast, and property credits on qualifying stays. The member pays the same rate as booking direct.

Benefits are subject to availability and property participation. They are requested on every qualifying stay without the member having to ask.

vii.Fair questions
Can’t I just book everything myself on Google Flights?+
You absolutely can — and for the booking itself, you might be right. What Google Flights can’t do is notice the schedule change that tightened your connection to 28 minutes while you were in a meeting. It can’t call the hotel at midnight when your reservation disappears. The Guild isn’t for the booking. It’s for everything that happens after the booking — which is where travel actually falls apart.
I have Amex Platinum. Doesn’t that cover concierge?+
Amex concierge is a call center. You call a number, explain your situation to whoever picks up, and wait. They don’t know you, they don’t have your preferences on file, and they don’t monitor your bookings proactively. Your Guild advisor knows your home airport, your preferred seat, the hotels you like — and they’re watching your bookings before you ask.
$249 a month seems like a lot for something I only use sometimes.+
You’re not paying for the months you don’t travel. You’re paying for the one night at 11pm when your flight gets cancelled and you have a meeting the next morning. One rescue — one rebooked flight, one hotel sorted — typically costs $300–500 in fees and hours of your time. The membership pays for itself the first time you actually need it.
I don’t travel that much. Is it still worth it?+
Honest answer: if you travel once a year or less, the Guild probably isn’t right for you — and we’d tell you that. If you’re taking four or more trips a year, the cost is genuinely small relative to what you’re managing. And the quiet months aren’t wasted: your advisor is monitoring existing bookings and ready the moment you need them.
What if I join and it’s not for me?+
There’s a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions, no forms, just done. The monthly plan also cancels any time. We’d rather you try it with nothing at stake than wonder.
